SEVEN MONTHS FORMATION:  from May to December in PCLM Formation Center, Davao

       - Psycho-Emotional and Spiritual Integration
       - Theological Grounding and Reflection
       - Socio-Pastoral Skill with Exposure
       - Team Building and Group Dynamics
       - Mission Orientation and Spirituality

PHASES OF FORMATION:  Metamorphosis – caterpillar…cocoon…butterfly…

MISSION SENDING CEREMONY:  immediately after the formation… done within the Sunday
                                         Eucharistic Celebration presided by a Bishop… amidst a parish congregation 
     
       - Presentation of the New Lay Missioners to the Faithful…
       - Imposition of Mission Cross and Commissioning by the Bishop…    
       - Expression of Commitment and Contract Signing of the Lay Missioners
